- How to download "OnWear" APP?

- How to connect the smart watch with my mobile phone?
1. Turn on the Bluetooth of the phone, open the "OnWear" APP, click "Devices", then click "Connect to a device", select "Click to search for a device" and select "DK08" to connect.
2. Please do not connect the smart watch directly on the Bluetooth page of the mobile phone.
3. The time, date, and language on the smartwatch are synchronized with your phone. If you find that the data is out of sync or wrong, please disconnect the watch from the APP first, reset the watch, and then repeat the above connection steps.
Note:
1. A pop-up window will pop up after logging in to the APP, Please always allow the APP to access the mobile phone to send and view information, device location information, address book, make calls and manage calls, call records, device information, and other permissions.
2. During the Bluetooth connection of the mobile phone, the mobile phone will pop up a Bluetooth pairing request, please select to allow pairing.
- How to receive notifications on the watch?
For iOS:
1. Make sure the Bluetooth is connected (Go to your phone settings--> Bluetooth--> Check if the smart watch is connected to Bluetooth)
2. Make sure your phone allows the "OnWear" APP to send notifications (Go to your phone settings--> Find the "OnWear" APP--> Switch on "Notifications")
3. Make sure you have turned on "Push Notifications" on the "OnWear" APP (Go to the "OnWear" APP--> Device--> Click the "Push Notifications"--> Switch on all the applications you need)
4. If you still can't receive the notification: please uninstall the "OnWear" APP, and ignore "DK08" from the Bluetooth pairing list of the mobile phone. Reinstall the APP, then repeat the steps for connecting and receiving notifications above.
For Android:
1. Make sure the "OnWear" APP is running in background (Go to your phone settings--> APPs--> Find "OnWear" APP--> Launch settings--> Switch on "Run in background")
2. Make sure your phone allows the "OnWear" APP to send notifications (Go to your phone settings--> APPs--> Find the "OnWear" APP--> Switch on "Allow Notifications" and "Permissions")
3. Make sure you have turned on "Push Notifications" on the "OnWear" APP (Go to the "OnWear" APP--> Device--> Click the "Push Notifications"--> Switch on all the application you need)
4. If you still can't receive the notification: please uninstall the "OnWear" APP, and ignore "DK08" from the Bluetooth pairing list of the mobile phone. Reinstall the APP, then repeat the steps for connecting and receiving notifications above.
Note:
1. If you want to switch the login device, before reconnecting the watch, please ignore the Bluetooth connection between the watch and the phone of the original login device (Go to phone settings--> Bluetooth--> Find "DK08"--> Unpair/Ignore)
2. In order to maintain a good Bluetooth connection, it is recommended that the distance between the smartphone and the smart watch does not exceed 10m.
3. If the power of the smart watch is lower than 20%, it will not be able to connect to the APP.
